Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling
must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged,
be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after
the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight
carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to
file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer's Defects:
If a product
appears to have
a manufacturer's defect, contact us through the CONTACT US link on your
left for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to
receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a manufacturer's
defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will
be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
Return Merchandise Policy:
Permission for
any return merchandise must
be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise contact
us through the CONTACT US link on your left, please
put in the Subject: Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise, when
authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. No packages will
be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
If a return is authorized by our Return
Department:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our Return Department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of
returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or
with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return
merchandise that does not reach our Return Department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once
we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund, in
the same form of payment you used to make your purchase, within 14 to 21
business days of our receipt of your return. Please note that we can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental
or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in
shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the
replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
- If you purchase or sell for less then the retail/suggested list shown on
this site we suggest you read or add the following to your price sheet and
check with your own counsel to be sure you are in compliance with all local
and federal laws regarding retail price comparison:
The retail prices shown are reference retail prices. A
reference retail price is the full retail price of the same or similar
merchandise offered by department stores, specialty shops and other non-discount
sellers; or our suggested retail replacement cost at open stock prices. No
representation is hereby made that substantial sales are or will be made at the
reference retail price. The reference retail price prices are determined at the
time the product was loaded onto the site and may be changed without notice.
